The International Relations and Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD) is committed to empowering young people as future leaders and active contributors to diplomacy, governance, public policy, sustainable development, technology, entrepreneurship, and international cooperation.Through its Youth Department, IRGDD provides meaningful opportunities for youth to participate in policy dialogue, research, leadership development, civic engagement, innovation, and evidence-based advocacy.

The Youth Department serves as a platform connecting students, young professionals, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs with government institutions, academia, development partners, municipalities, diplomats, international organizations, and the private sector. 

IRGDD organizes policy dialogues, leadership programmes, research initiatives, advocacy campaigns, workshops, and capacity-building activities that encourage young people to actively contribute to national development and democratic governance. IRGDD promotes youth engagement in emerging and development-focused areas including intellectual property rights, geographical indications (GI), innovation, climate action, agriculture, agribusiness, trade, economic diplomacy, entrepreneurship, technology, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Internship and Youth Development

The organization encourages young people to explore opportunities in agriculture, trade, innovation, and entrepreneurship while developing skills, networks, and knowledge that can contribute to employment, sustainable businesses, and inclusive economic growth. IRGDD also offers internship and volunteer opportunities for university students and young professionals interested in international relations, diplomacy, development, governance, public policy, communications, research, agriculture, trade, entrepreneurship, and technology. Interns gain practical experience through research, project implementation, stakeholder engagement, events, and policy initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals. IRGDD welcomes collaboration with universities and colleges to provide experiential learning, academic internships, research opportunities, and youth leadership programmes.
