Government and Private Sector Advisory
Serve as a strategic adviser to government bodies, ministries, and private enterprises on issues such as foreign policy, trade agreements, labor migration, climate diplomacy, and global health.
Work closely with government institutions, like Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, to align national strategies with international development goals.
Facilitate international business relations and public-private partnerships that promote foreign direct investment (FDI) in sectors like energy, infrastructure, and technology.
Economic Diplomacy and Private Sector Engagement
Engage with multinational corporations, chambers of commerce, and private sector organizations to promote international trade, investment, and market access for Nepalese products and services.
Facilitate public-private partnerships to drive foreign investment into priority sectors such as hydropower, technology, agriculture, and tourism, ensuring that international businesses align with Nepal’s development goals.
Policy Advisory and Global Development Partnerships
Provide expert advisory services to governments and international organizations on foreign policy, international trade, migration, environmental sustainability, and development issues.
Work in partnership with global think tanks, research institutions, and development organizations to influence policy frameworks that benefit small and developing states in global governance.
Capacity Building for Diplomats and Government Officials
Partner with the UN and other international organizations to provide training programs for Nepalese diplomats, government officials, and civil society leaders on international diplomacy, trade negotiations, and global governance.
Establish academic collaborations with universities and institutions, offering courses in diplomacy, international relations, and development studies to strengthen Nepal’s diplomatic corps.
